Cast/Crew Meals Need Everybody's Help

Please watch for a very important evite to all the parents of the Annie cast. The evites will go to the email address on our contact list. This concerns our 3 cast/crew meals - breakfast/dinner on Sunday, April 26 and dinner on April 29. We need EVERY family (cast/crew/band) possible to participate because we're feeding 150 kids. Evites will be sent out this weekend (April 4/5). If the email on our cast list is the actor's, please forward it to your parents.

Important information about the EVITE dinner emails:

1.  besides RSVPing, you must sign up/select a dish to bring.  If you have RSVP'd and haven't selected a dish from the list at the bottom of the "reply here" box, please go back into your evite, select "change your reply" and select an item.  You can also see a comprehensive list of items if you'd like as well.  Many have rsvp'd without signing up for an item...please correct that so we know how much food to expect!

2.  please sign up for at least one item, but given the crew typically does not participate (they do all the heavy lifting for little recognition), that means there are 100 families to provide 100 +/- requested items to feed 150 children.  Please do your part. Of course, if any parents of the crew members are available, let me know.

3.  We need 6 adults per meal to help with set up and clean up....please indicate you can help in the comment section of the reply.
