Closing Notes

Hey all... I just wanted to reiterate how amazingly proud I am to have worked with all of you. Thank you all for letting me share this experience with you or your child. This has been the most rewarding experience I can remember. I know I speak for more than myself when I say that this is the biggest production I have ever worked on. This show involved about 200 people. It was hard, and there were times I wanted to curl up in a corner and poke anyone who comes near me with a sharp stick. That being said, you are all amazing.

Any last thoughts for anyone still reading? Post here.

  4. Connor,

Many thanks to you, Jim and Matt for working so hard on this production. It was an amazing experience for all of our kids. As a parent, it was indescribable to watch my child taking part in such a professional show. This will be something that Grace looks back on with pride.

  5. My eleven-year-old daughter, Marisol, had the best time of her life. Thank you Conner, and Jim, and Matt, and all the wonderful and talented students and staff that made this event possible. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again. Marisol thinks you all are great, and so do I. Arturo Ceballos

  7. Okay, I know it's been like, a month since the show ended, and no one will read this, but still. I want to profusely thank Conor, Mr. Peerenboom, and all of the cast and crew. Oh, and let us not forget Anika. She and Conor really made this show possible. I'm sure there were moments where you just wanted to throw up your hands and call it quits, and I'm just so glad you made it through. You are all incredible people. I have been touched more by this show than anything else. It was really I think the best experience I have ever had. Just now, I'm listening to the Broadway version of the overture and bawling my eyes out. I can ditinctly remember the way the audience roared with anticipation and joy, and the way we were all trying so hard to hold it together on closing night. I don't know about anyone else, but I broke down in tears during the bows. I can tell you one thing, it is really hard not to smear mascara while your onstage smiling and crying as hard as I was. I love you all so much, and I just want to let you know that I really have learned so much from this show. I have become a better and more open singer, actor, listener, friend, and much, much more. I truly LOVED this. With all my heart, I wish everyone the best.
